All deposit must be paid prior to your event.  All deposits are non refundable. The remainder of your balance must be paid in full  upon the arrival and set up of Top Notch Entertainments production; wherein you will be presented with a copy of your signed contract,  and a receipt of the business transaction that has taken place.
